Carla Moreno offers a unique and personal understanding of what it’s like to be her clients. She has been in the business industry for over 10 years. In that time Carla has been involved in flipping and investing in commercial properties, owning and operating her own business, managing other businesses and of course, buying and selling numerous homes.

Carla was born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico and came to this country at age 18 to find the “American Dream”. Carla knows what it means to work hard and dream big. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Psychology and Pre-Med. Carla believes that having transparency and constant communication is the foundation of a successful business relationship. Her background in behavioral science gives her a unique insight into how to connect with her clients and understand their needs even when those needs are not outwardly expressed.

Carla is married, and a proud dog mom of a Tibetan terrier. When she isn’t negotiating contracts, you’ll find her kayaking or looking for the next trail to hike. We’re thrilled to have Carla on The Judd Group team.
